At THE SÈNSE, we want you to love every product you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unused and unopened

In their original packaging

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, haircare, or body products.
2. How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@thesensecy.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product.

Once approved, please return the product following our instructions.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging so we can process a replacement or refund quickly at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used beauty products

Items marked as “final sale”

Gift cards or promotional items
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
7. EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
Returned items must still meet the eligibility criteria above (unused, unopened, in original packaging, proof of purchase).
This legal right applies in addition to our store policy.
