At The Sènse, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, haircare, or body products.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, please return the product to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us photos of the product and packaging so we can process a replacement or refund quickly at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Gift cards or promotional items
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
