Shipping Information

  • Where we ship: Across Cyprus (urban & rural areas). International shipping not available.

  • Delivery time:

    • Local: 2–5 working days

    • Rural: +1–2 working days

    • Orders on weekends/public holidays are processed next working day

  • Shipping fees:

    • Standard: €3.50

    • Free delivery on orders over €70

    • Store pickup: Free (we’ll notify you when ready)

  • Order processing: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Tracking info sent once shipped.

  • Delays: Rare, but may happen due to courier or weather. Contact info@thesensecy.com if needed.

  • Damaged or missing items: Notify us within 48 hours with photos & order number. Replacement or refund provided.

  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping info to avoid delays or lost parcels.
