1. Where We Ship
- Local Shipping: Across Cyprus (urban and rural areas).
- International Shipping: Currently not available.
2. Delivery Times
- Urban Areas: 2–5 working days
- Rural Areas: 3–7 working days (additional 1–2 days)
Important:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Fees
- Standard Delivery: €4.00
- Free Delivery: On orders over €70
- Store Pickup: Free (we will notify you when your order is ready)
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
5. Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thesensecy.com including:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged/missing items and packaging
We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
